Returns and Exchange Policy

  2. Only defective products purchased from our Site can be returned or exchanged within the replacement period from the Product’s delivery date to the customer.
    a. 128 days replacement: Phones, Tablets, Action Cam, Cherry Fit, Cherry Fit and Cherry Watch
    b. 7 days replacement: Home and Essential devices

  1. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the purchased Product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your Product. We reserve the right to test your allegedly defective Product/s.
  1. If the Product is deemed by our Technical Support NOT to be defective, our standard product warranty will apply. Shipping fees shall be shouldered by the customer.
  1. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Cherry’s standard product warranty guidelines will apply. Cherry may impose corresponding fees.
