- Only defective products purchased from our Site can be returned or exchanged within 128 days from the Product’s delivery date to the customer.

- If the Product is deemed by our Technical Support NOT to be defective, our standard product warranty will apply. Shipping fees shall be shouldered by the customer.
- If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, CHERRY’s standard product warranty guidelines will apply. CHERRY may impose corresponding fees.
